Wow, did she really take 9 years to find a winner for this silly little contest she had? 

I don't have an excuse.  I've been a very naughty blogger, but I promise to improve!  Now on to the good stuff.  Winners!  For those of you confused, I had a small contest a few months back.  The theme was '80s inspired.  I had a good time preparing for the contest, but sadly I didn't receive much enthusiasm in return.  I expected to get a few more entries since you know, I'm giving things away for free!  But, maybe free things aren't what peeps are into these days?  Weird.  I'm a free-fiend, so I'm always interested in anything that gives me things without a catch.

Fell in love with the 80s

I am celebrating neon colors, men wearing tights, and hair spray.  Please join me in my YouTube and Blogger contest.  

There are 2 ways to win.  The easy way is to do your make up based off something from the 80's (i.e. I used Madonna as my inspiration).  It's okay, if you're new to makeup.  I am looking for creativity and that you had fun!

Contest Entry: Jessie from Team Rocket

Sherr Bear is celebrating her 300 subscribers.  In honor reaching this mark, she is holding a contest! Yay! The theme is favorite anime/cartoon.  I picked Jessie from Pokemon's Team Rocket because she has a very strong personality.  First of all, she's part of a failing "evil" organization.  Team Rocket are the nemesis of the show, but they never really do much.  All of their plots and scheme backfire.  Second, Jessie is bossy, vain, and is really the "brains" behind the Team Rocket duo.  Third, Jessie + James = love.  Overall, Team Rocket is the best!

Vampire Contest--my first!

YAY!

My first makeup contest ever! woot-woot!  The theme is vampires.  It can be any vampire from a book, movie, tv show, song, anime, video game or photograph.  As long as it's a vampire, I'm happy.  I don't expect fangs, props or you looking like a ghost (unless you want to).  I am not looking for a step-by-step tutorial.  I just want you to show me a look based on your inspiration and you talk briefly about it.  It's not hard!

I don't think anyone on YT knows of my vampire obsession, but it dates back when I was wee girl. It started with my mom watching a vampire soap opera (lol yes that existed before Twilight) Since then I have always been fascinated with vampires.  I really got into them late middle school/early high school.  That is when I fell in love with Lestat. 

It's Lestat...the musical. I really wanted to see it.  Instead I just took this photo of the ad. So lame!!

New Year's look--Contest Entry

My inspiration

I saw the above photo on Sephora's winter catalog and I about had a glitter heart attack.  This photograph is my love and dream. GLITTER! haha.  The moment I saw it, I knew I had to recreate it.  I decided to "copy" the look for a New Year's look contest.  I think it's perfect for New Year's.  It's festive, fun and no one will be able to say that you don't shine. 

It is so hard to photograph glitter...I am very disappointed in my photos.  Oh well...just imagine lots of glitter sitting on top of my eye. 

You know what was tons of fun? Removing all the eye makeup.  Glitter went everywhere! As Demetri Martin once said "Glitter is the craft herpes"...you can't get it off. 

Miss Antonia, I hope you know that I endure lots of pain in order to enter your contest.  I had glitter in my eye.  I almost died.  I deserve a makeup veteran medal "Glitter Storm Survivor." Nah, I'm just playing..

Lucario

My friend Jeffy (aka Hizke) drew this Lucario.

Oh snap, son! It's Lucario.  This was so easy to do.  Involves just two colors and a basic "mask" or V shape.  I think the hat really helped "create" Lucario.  If it wasn't for the hat, I don't think it would've looked as good. 

I feel my channel is becoming more and more...dorky.  Haha.  It's all in good fun but it is also a bit embarrassing.  As long as you laugh with me and continue to be amazed at my inner dorkiness, it's all good :D

ChinaFierce's Carnival Contest Entry

Carnival is such a naught time.  It's a time to get your wild and naughty streak out of your system before Lent starts. Looking at the Brazilian Carnival and then the Portuguese Carnival...makes me feel really lame. I just don't think the Portuguese Carnival is even close to being called wild.  I guess that's a good thing :D

As a kid I remember pulling pranks during Carnival and dressing up as a clown.  How wild is that?  Then again, I was only a kid.  I wasn't suppose to be going crazy. 

While looking through Carnival photos I had to filter through lots of body parts.  Haha.  Speaking of which, I don't think I could ever dance in the middle of the street in a sparkly thong.  Even with "the perfect body" I don't think I have it in me, to dance with my jiggly bits hanging out.

What is not to love about Hello Kitty? She's a cat. She's adorable. She's stylish, cute, hip, fresh, and an icon. When I heard ChaChaLish was having a Hello Kitty contest, I almost jumped out of my seat. Of course, I'm entering.
