The boy took me to our nearest Lush cosmetics store to pick up more Lush goodies. He has fallen in love with the bath bombs!
Here's what we both picked up:
I picked up the Little Green Bag which includes a good variety of items for around $26 dollars. The items were all neatly stashed in a little green bag that is made of 100% organic cotton and incorporates the Japenese wrapping method of Furoshiki.
This is what is inside the Little Green Bag:
sugar scrub
sexy peel soap
each peach massage bar
squeaky green solid shampoo
and a reusable tin for storing the solid shampoo
I heard some good things about the Lush dry shampoo, so I picked up No Drought. I purchased the smaller version just in case I didn't like it. I haven't really given the product a shot yet, but I am already happy to know it is chemical free. I am not so excited about how I will be applying this to my hair. I have a feeling the entire product will come rushing down on to my head and face. We shall see if I can conquer and manipulate this product.
The boy wanted to pick up bath bombs so we went with Sex Bomb (it smells soooo good!). The neat thing about this bath bomb is watching the transformation of the little flower bloom. So neat!
The Comforter smelled too good to pass up, so the boy and I purchased this too. The sales associate told us that although it cost about $11 we would get lots of uses out of it. I hope you are right, sales associate! I hope you're right. We learned that in order to get the most of out of the bubble bars, one just needs to crumble a few chunks. Not the entire thing.
Believe it or not, the boy desperately wanted to purchase Mr. Bumble. I am not sure why...but he needed it bad.
Stored inside of Mr. Bumble we found the Honey bee bath bomb and a sample size of my favorite soap, Honey I washed the kids. I really like the bumble bee cloth wrap, it's super cute.
To make the most out of our expensive haul, I have cut each bath bomb in half. I have also cut each soap, massage bar and the bubble bar for multiple uses. Let's face it, Lush is expensive so why not spread that penny a little further?
I hope you enjoyed the lush haul, until next time...

Xmas Soap
I recently made some holiday soap. They look sooo cute and smell great too. Please note the two-toned soap at the bottom. I was able to achieve this super cute look with my soaps by using silicone cake molds. I recently bought all these molds at Target and the Dollar Store. They were very inexpensive and allowed me to create an adorable gift. I'm so pleased!
I hope you enjoy the outcome.

Ashley's Soaps
Almond Honey Exfoliating bar, Almond Honey bar, and Fresh Scent soap bar
Holy Smokes Batman! It's soap! My friend Ashley on YouTube has decided to make soap from scratch. I'm very proud of her for taking on this task. I think it's so neat to know someone that makes their own soap. I've become a little obsessed with soaps so when Ashley sent me a few of her soaps to try out, I was thrilled. I like the comfort of knowing that a lot of time and love were devoted to my soap. It makes it personal and more special. Ashley is new to this but If I didn't know that, I would've assumed she has been making soap for a while. All of the soaps came wrapped in stylish paper or tissue paper. They were wrapped twice! Once in wax paper and also wrapped once in the stylish paper. Ashley placed a lot of love into the wrappings of the soaps. She even included little tiny charms she made a cupcake and an ice cream cone.
The soaps vary in size but the smaller one is a good size soap to take into the shower. I fell in love with Almond Honey because it's a good blend of sweetness. The scent is very soft and not over powering. This perfect for the milk & honey scent addicts. I am one of those addicts :D
The other scent I received was Fresh Scent soap. This soap is ideal for people that hate fragrances or don't like to smell like soap. Although there is a tiny scent to this soap bar, it's so light that I STILL can't properly identify the scent. I would describe this scent as very light. I can almost smell a little bit of cucumber (but not really). Great for people that don't want to smell like a combination of scents.
Although Ashley is not selling her soaps at the moment, she is offering her services (you would just need to pay for a flat rate box). If you are interested in trying hand-made soap, check out Ashley. Ashley's YT Channel
Overall, the soaps smell great. My fave scent is the Almond Honey. I haven't had a chance to try to them out but I am looking forward to it. <3
Thank You, Ashley for being kind enough to send me some soap! I know it takes a lot of time and devotion and I'm very thankful for everything. I hope you sell these soon!

Daisy Mouse Soap
(Lavender Vanilla, Oatmeal, Milk & Honey, Lavender Vanilla, Pear w/ Calendula Petals, Angels Wings)
I recently purchased some soaps from this company. I am completely, madly in love with their Oatmeal, milk, and honey soap. I don't even like the smell of honey and I'm in love with this soap. It's such a seductive scent, it lingers, and it just a tad bit sweet. It's the perfect blend.
It lathers very nicely, and I think it's a decent size soap. This soap exfoliates but it's not rough on your skin. It's pretty gentle. I like that it has just the right amount oatmeal. Unlike other exfoliating soaps packed with things such as oatmeal or porridge, this soap won't create a mess in the tub. As I mentioned, it has the right amount of oatmeal.
The owner uses many different oils in her soaps. She uses olive oil, palm oil, castor oil, coconut oil, rice brain oil, and shea butter. All of which have great benefits for your skin. For more information regarding the oils & ingredients visit the owner's website.
I'm also very proud to have found this soap IN PERSON! I was visiting a small town in MD when I stumbled upon this wonderful scented soap in a book store. How random.
My description of the scents:
Lavender & Vanilla--obviously it smells like these 2 scents. It's a great blend. It's sweet but not so sweet, that it's obnoxious. Very soothing.
Oatmeal... --Smells seductive. You can trace the honey & milk. It's very suave, refreshing and calming.

Angel Wings - Girly, floral scent.
Overall thoughts:
Soaps are a decent price. They are well made with great ingredients.
I will be buying more soap from this company. Their Oatmeal, Milk & Honey stole my heart.
