I am not feeling 100% today. I hate waking up and finding my throat very scraggly and raw. It's terrible. I also hate the pain of pulling a muscle. I pull muscles ALL the time. I am the saddest girl you have ever met. Use to be very active but over the recent years I have stopped. Occasionally I will do something silly (like say do 2 push ups) and I'm sore for days. Yes, it's true. You can laugh at me, I do.
Time for tea.

Aww poor Lexy! I hope you feel better! I can relate with you! My muscles get sore. Thursday I started my Tae Bo workouts again and I just hurt all over.
